Apostrophe usage

I know your suppose to use an apostrophe when referring to a Bachelors degree in a possessive context. For example, I have a Bachelor’s degree in biology, but you leave it out if you’re spelling the degree out such as Bachelors of Science in Biology. I am writing a resume and for a bullet point in the qualification summary section I am listing “Bachelors degree in information technology.” My question is since I am not saying “I have a Bachelor’s degree in information technology,” leaving out who is belongs by not saying “I have” do I leave out the apostrophe or not?
