Apostrophe/Possessive Question:

StartFragment>Example:

Construction workers shatter a major water main, leaving 25,000 residents with little to no water pressure.

Do I need to add an apostrophe to the word, "workers" or "residents?"
I'm thinking no because they are not showing possession of anything but it is still driving me nuts.
