apostrophe in you'll, I'll, they'll etc..

Hi everyone!

When writing English articles, one often want to use apostrophes in some words. Very commonly: you're / you are - they'll / they will - I'm /I am - and so on..

Is it ok to use this apostrophe sometimes, while not using it some other times in the same article. Like mixing those two?

Or should it be consistent; either use I'm / You're / They'll ALL the time, and never use I am, you are, they will in that same article (and the other way round )
