Apostrophe help

How do I properly punctuate the following sentence? "The Master's standing orders, night orders, and all USCG and MSC regulations have been observed." USCG = United States Coast Guard and MSC = Military Sealift Command. Should USCG & MSC have an 's at end? Should regulations have an apostrophe? Should standing orders and night orders be capitalized?
