Apostrophe?

0 I have a question regarding the combination of "mom is" into "moms" for the purpose of a poem. The line I am saying reads "her moms here" meaning her mom is here, but I need moms to be one word for the flow of the poem. Do I need an apostrophe to separate and distinguish mom is? Should it be "her mom's here"? Thanks for any help. 0-
