Thanks for giving us a chance to meet and discuss on the matter of Pest Control, i suppose to sent you the email by next week but because of next week am out of cambodia so i rather sent the email by today i hope you don't mind.

The purpose of this is to convey to you my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced last week with issue of Pest Control

Base on above matter i have do the observation on my side it might be a few mistakes happen during our service.

1, Chemical Dilution Problem, is too much with water it make the chemical quality getting low.
2, Leak of some area and the treatment was not done and the pest technician are not properly treat.
3, Unable to access to some of occupied units or management office, as per investigation with our technician. last week the management office level 1 was not able to access due to office operation
4, Our chemical will not last longer due to raining season while we do the treatment at outside building so is a chance for ants or other insect can go through wall to upper level,

We accepted the above matter this is our responsibility to do good service make sure that area with proper treat, and we will try our best to improve on our service, we would like to have a few comments below.

Suggestion: Due to now is raining season we would like increase the service from twice a month for Vacant room and Occupied room to weekly service for Occupied room and include 1st floor offices, Kindly find below chat.

Comment: - Try to kept the door close as much we can to prevent Flies or other insect coming in to lobby ( South Lobby Entrance Building B )

- Give authorize to Pest Technician as much as we can to access the unite by given advance notice to all guest and management

Hi daravuth, I have made some changes. Please forgive me If you think I have overdone the work. I felt this is what you wanted.
Dear Mr. Chan

Thanks for giving us a chance to meet you and discuss about Pest Control. I had planned to send you the email next week but as I am out of Cambodia next week I decided to send the mail today.

The main purpose of sending you this mail is to convey my sincere apologies for the inconvenience with relation to pest control we caused you last week.

Based on the investigation we have made, the following factors have been the cause of the problem

1, Chemical Dilution Problem- When too much of water is added the efficacy of the chemical is affected.

2, There were leaks at some places;the treatment was not done effectively and the pest technicians are not treated properly.

3,On the basis of the reports of our technicians some of the occupied units or management were not accessible and last week the management office level 1 was not accessible due to office operation.

4, As it is rainy season our chemical will not last longer. And as we do the treatment outside the building there is a chance of ants and insects can go through the walls to the upper level.

We accepted to give you a good service. It is our responsibility to give the area a proper treatment and we will constantly strive to improve on our service.

We would like to inform you that in the wake of the rainy season we have decided to increase the number of service from twice a month to weekly service for vacant room and occupied room which will include the office on the first floor.
