Apology

Today at work I was tasked to send an apology on behalf of my company - informing that our company will not be able to attend the meeting. I wrote ''Dear..... Please accept apologies from ABC company - we will not be able to attend the meeting.

Please advise if my grammer was correct or not.

Thanking you in advance.
