Apologize letter

Dear Teachers,

Could you please check my apologize letter?
I have not much self-confident without your help!!!!
Here is the letter below!

"I’m really sorry that I failed to arrange volunteers for excursion to Taing Yin Thar village last Saturday due to my daily tide schedules in the library. When you first phoned me that you need volunteers for that excursion, I just told you to collect the recruited volunteers’ contacts I have by yourself or ask any CSI members who work with you to get it. At that time, you said there is nobody to do and neither can you do. Actually, the recruited CSI members’ contacts are in my hand and I only give you when you ask for but I don’t really have much time to arrange in detail such as phoning lots of CSI members individually and negotiating the time for this. I really regret that I shouldn’t have to accept this responsibility for you since you requested. I only accepted this responsibility in order to help you that you said you have nobody to help for organising volunteers."
I’ve learnt from this experience that I have to be more careful on this and never give any promise for thing I’m not sure be able to help.

Thanks in advance!
Naked Chef!

By the way I've posted 3 letters last time but i haven't got any reply. I am wondering there is anything wrong I've made or please let me know why I can not receive the comments.

That does not seem like an apology, Chef. You spend most of the letter explaining why it is not your responsibility. I suggest that you start again and make it a simple, real apology.

  • As for your other letters— well, as you know we are all volunteers here, too, and we have no responsibility to answer everyone's posts.
  • If your letters were very long or if they were posted at inopportune times or if many others posted letters at the same time, then yours may have been passed by.
