Hi,may I post here an apologize letter? I wish some English native speaker to check it because I think many things should be corrected..Please also tell me if it is correct to call it "Apologize letter"ThanksPamela

I know you complained about me and the way I dealt with you. I usually deal friendly with all the respect with our customers but in this case my patience ran definitely out because of so many delays and later feedaback from your side.

I am very sorry I have been unkind but believe that we are not used to work under stress, we usually make all the best in order to avoid delays or unpleasant situations.

I hope you understand what I mean.

If you decide in the future to cooperate with us once again, so I will be happy if we could work peacefully and trying to fulfil the deadlines given in order to make the cooperation the more pleasant as possible for both of us.

thank you much for your correctiond although I have some comments.

1. why can not be "feedback" plural?

2."but believe" is not "but I" I want to tell the customer to believe! there is a difference....

3."we are not used to working" does not sound good to me...... I would say as written by me...

4 why you removed the sentence "if you decide in the future to cooperate with us once again"?

I think altering the sentence it is good to alter the following sentence to prevent the reader from misinterpreting it.

"I have been unkind but believe that we are not used to work under stress."

I think 'fulfil our task within the deadline' is improper. I suggest:

'complete our task within the deadline.'

or

'fulfill our deadlines.'

Answers to Pamela's queations:

1.I don't think 'feedback' has a plural.

4.The way Vivek has edited that paragraph is correct. It was necessary to remove that sentence.

I think I have already answered your other questions in the parragraph itself.
