Apologies Messages for Error Occured
Hi All
I have been working in this project for 4 years.The day which i started and till now, we have faced some many challenges and issues. My point of view About this issue, There is a different scenario had to check out during the sit and development. but we have missed out one of the scenario which caused defects. everyone has come to know about this scenario when the issue was happened.To prevent this, henceforth a peer review should be done and the checklist should follow and before starting the developement should discuss about the CR deeply.
hereafter we will take more care for deliverables.
