Apealing letter

Dear Prof Dr ...

I am a new student at ISTAC. I got my IELTS about three years ago, so due to its expiration the CELPAD did not accept it and asked me to sit for EPT exam, and I did so. But after releasing the results I was shocked and still I could not believe it because I did not pass the exam! Still it is not believable for me, as during the recent three years I have translated two books from English to Persian and have two others in hand. Besides, I have been here in Malaysia for more than one year.

I write this letter to ask you help me with my case, so I may not lose the courses and the time. I am sure that my English Knowledge would be enough to do my courses, although I would try to fill my gaps and go on my language as well as the courses.
