Dear friends i m an corporative employee who's currently pursuing further studies after availing two yrs study leave from the company.in order to complete my studies i need one more year so,i want to write a letter to my management requesting for one more year(extra ordinary leave).your kind suggestion would be hilgy obliged friends...

dea sir,

This is to bring your kind notice that i have completed my two years study leave which it liquidates on 23nd August. i would like to thank the management for giving me an oppurtunity to upgrade my qulifcation and also believing in me. during my stay in the college i have done my studies with complete dedication as my organization has sponsered me with one and half year salary which i helped me for tution fees.As i owe my life to the company for their empathy on me and further i would like to pleadge the management to grant one more year as an extraordinary leave inorder to complete my studies.i can assure that once i finished my studies i will serve the company with utmost dedication and i wont leave even a single stone unturn to acheive the objective of he company.
Therefore,i would be higly grateful if management could grant me one more year leave.
