I am confused by the word ‘apathy’ in your first sentence, “Huang Chun-ming and Lee Chia-tung's apathy is typical of many people.” Actually, there were two events happening to each of them which raised their alarm prior to the sentence. Both Huang and Lee are prominent persons who have positive influences on the society. They are the symbolism of social conscience and worry about
