APA format citing

When citing APA style from a book inside the body of a report with the book title being for example Anderson's Principles of........." that has had multiple editions over the years with multiple editors, what name(s) do you put in parenthesis ex. (______, 2008, p.356). Would it be Anderson, current editor(s), or publisher's name?
