Yap. Both are the same. (But there are other problems in the examples. Read below.)

"My sport results don't depend on anything but me."

is from

"My sport results don't depend on anything except me."

"My sport results depend only on me." is fine as well.

However "depend on" is not the best verb choice in case of

"My sport results don't depend on anything but me."

And anything but me does not sound very nice as well, anybody but me is better, anyone but me is even better.

"My sport results don't depend on anyone but me."

Instead of "depend on" I would try to use "affect", "impact", "alter", "improve", "change". For example

"My sport results cannot be improved by anyone except me."

"My sport results cannot be improved by anyone but me."

"My sport results can be improved only by me."

All in all, the style aside, replace anything with anybody (or even better anyone) and you are there.

The small trouble with "it depends on me" is that it usually means "it depends on my decision". However in your case it means more "it depends on my skills" or "it depends on my effort", not exactly a decision. That is why I suggest another verb better.
