I don't know how to explain it. If anyone... just sounds hypothetical. It's neutral, it just mention what might happen. If someone... sounds more definite, like someone is actually likely to do it. It's not neutral anymore.
For that reason, I would choose "someone" in your sen
It's rather confusing and I don't know how to really explain it clearly what decide when to use "someone" and "anyone". But I'll give you some examples:
You walked away from your desk for a coffee break,You came back 10 minutes later and found your computer screen on Google. You asked the person who shares the cubicle with you "Has an anyone/ someone used my computer?" Both are fine
