Anyone can spot mistakes in my composition? I'm pretty sure it's ok but just in case...please

'Department' is an odd choice of word. Do you mean 'area/county/region/state/' etc. Unless you are positive that in Paraguay regions are officially called 'departments', but I've never heard of any country using that word.
