Anyone can correct this please?

Dear Sir,
Greetings for the day !!!!
This is regarding Auto Card subscription(AMC renewal),As of now we have four license and refer the below details of license.
As you are aware, At the time of Audit in our group, which happened on 2012 , and They have found many NC’s across the group units except MKL Bangalore and MKL Bawal.
I seem the issue has been raised now from Autodesk due to below concern.

Settlement with Autodesk:
The penalty amount was huge amount of lakhs and Group IT had discussion to convert this to renewal of AMCs / upgrade.
But some of the plant have not been upgraded/not taken AMCs.
I have already discussed Malhotra Sir, we are not going to take any AMC or up gradation for AutoCAD , because we have never renewed hence license is started to use because of below intention.

Reason for non-up-gradation such as AMC ?

1) We don’t have more usage in AutoCAD not even 30% usage.
2) Doesn’t need support from third party such as new version up gradation.
3) Existing license is more than enough for current setup such as future also.
4) It Can be saved huge amount in every year by not taking AMC or upgrade.
