Anymore / Any more

Is this sentence correct?

"Have you managed to find any more articles?"

My own doubt has led me to look into the correct usage of 'anymore' and 'any more'

I thought: 'not there anymore' = reference to time

'any more apples?' = 'are there more apples?'

That's right, especially for American English, but my understanding is that in British English 'any more' is accepted for both of those uses. Maybe someone British can chime in on this.

Could one type like this?

Have you managed to find any articles more?

or this:

"I want 2 more" instead of "I want more 2" ?

The standard word order is

Have you managed to find any more articles?
I want two more.

any articles more is very unusual, and want more two is incorrect.
