Dear Sirs and Madams,

I am writing to applying for the XXX’s Master Programme in Business Administration year 2007-2009.

I have planed to study this course for several years and it is now the ripe time for me to realize it. It is very necessary to me to have the managerial skill to cope with the current challenging work, and prepare for my future career. It is also needful to me to be provided the knowledge of business administration to be able to seize the opportunities of business which are being given by the highly increasing of YYY’s economy nowadays. After carefully considered, I decide to choose the XXX’s programme as it can fulfill and balance my expectation of the professional, international business knowledge and the budget for tuition.

After completing the Master's Programme, I plan to go into business and open a company few years latter. My business object is domestic and international trade of ZZZ product, it is my family’s traditional business. I will develop it to catch up the increasing of YYY’s economy and becoming a part of the world’s economy.

I have a Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering from HHH University of Technique, and a Master Degree in Technology Information from HHH University of Technique. After graduation and eight years of work, I have become a manager in a multinational company, including work oversea in CCC and SSS for more than two years. I am responsible for managerial matters, handling the international technology transferring from the MNC, and taking part in marketing promotions. I used to work as the positions related to Industrial engineering, efficiency, Managerial engineering, etc. as well. I have always endeavored to upgrade my education in the field of business.

I have a strong academic background in engineering, as evidenced by my graduate level courses, as well as a solid international working experience. With further education in Business Administration, I will be able to do business and grow up my family’s trade of ZZZ product. I will understand the study of professional MBA needs my best effort and if combined with strong real world experience that will allow me to develop business much more chance to success. I am confident that the Master’s Programme in Business Administration deployed by XXX university will provide me the knowledge, confidence, and contacts to realize my dreams.
