Sounds like "springs" to me but obviously isn't.

I don't know. The guy is not very coherent, or very funny, in my opinion.

Maybe he means the men are too short to have *** standing up? I really don't know.

That was a show particularly for Asian students in a college. If you don't find it funny or making any sense, it's probably because you're not understanding the American Asian culture.
