Anybody

Hi,teachers I have a question.

1.

This method has been working effectively within me. I'm not sure this will work well with anybody, though.

This method has been working effectively within me. I cannot guarantee that this will work well with anybody, though.

Could the 1st one in each sentense be misleading?

working ... for me. I wouldn't say misleading, but everybody is the usual word for this context - not anybody .

I wouldn't say misleading, but everybody is the usual word for this context - not anybody. Native speakers will understand anybody to mean everybody.
