The words 'tolerate' and 'ignore' fit your sentence.



However, I don't know what you mean by 'polite'

I would suggest they are more interested in how you deal with these annoying people when they DO affect your work, as Clive has pointed out.

If they are very annoying,

I may move to somewhere else.

If those annoying people not understand they are annoying and if appropriate, I may explain to them.

For example, supposed I need to share internet with someone in my house, someone uses point to point download software but they don't know they will make the internet very slow. I may explain to them.
