Any uncountable nouns here?

Hi. Please help. Are there any uncountable nouns here? Please see the underlined part. Should we take it to mean "a sight, a sound or a smell, all countable? This is one of the definitions of the word "greet" as a verb from Cambridge Dictionaries Online. The underlining is not part of the definition from Cambridge Dictionaries Online.
