any tips?

Right now I am having hard time to articulate 'z' and 'zh' sounds. Do you know any way to pronounce it?

Thank you

Can you make an example? I'm afraid I don't quite understand what you mean. Are you asking us about the difference between "z" and "zh" or the movement of the mouth you have to do in order to pronounce it properly?

How did one pronounce 'Z' and 'Zh' with the movement of one's mouth and tongue?

When I pronounce the 'Z' sound, my upper teeth and lower teeth are touched, and the tip of the tongue touchs the hard palate.

The 'Zh' sound, I curl my tongue backward.

Do I do it right?

Thank you

The Z is a voiced S. Tongue, teeth, etc. should be in the same position for both.
The ZH is a voiced SH. Tongue, teeth, etc. should be in the same position for both.

Your descriptions sound right except that the tip of the tongue doesn't touch anything. A portion of the tongue farther back from the tip nearly touches the palate.
