Any syntax problem with these? Please help!

If those will not be used, the users can also remove them from the terminal/depot list within "standard code" sheet by themselves. Now we let them add (maintain) any codes by themselves.

But they should be very careful when removing any codes there.

(1) not to use "removing whole row"
(2) just remove one cell then copy other cell values below it to that cell

Please detail them.

Sorry for having put very clear messages. I here have only one question, which is why to use the "standard code" sheet (why not 'within "standard code" sheet'?) since "standard code" is a specific sheet name.
