Any syntax problem with these?

  • 02i 00I understand that it's an invalid case, I guess that it's probably invalid because it's a time of the form 24:##, and I see that an Excel macro is somehow involved, but I don't understand the relationship between all the elements of the second sentence well enough to be able to suggest how to rephrase it with any confidence.
