It's all awkwardly phrased and not easy to understand.

One problem is that we are not shipping clerks, and thus we do not understand the context. For example, is 'script' the correct word to use in a shipping context? It sounds wrong.

Adding comments in parentheses is a bad idea, as it just makes the sentence even harder to comprehend.

You 'stress( that) a record appears . . . ', not 'stress on a record . . . '

Can you try to rewrite it? Use short sentences as much as possible.

Your first sentence is still confusing. You can make it better just by breaking it into smaller sentences, like this.

At your level of English, here's my advice. Try not to write any sentences that are longer than one line. When you can do that OK, you can start to write longer ones.

So, write. Then read. If you see a sentence longer than one line, try to make it shorter.
