Any substitute for the expression of "thank you for paying attention"?

Thanks for caring?

I have a feeling that caring is not an equivalent of paying attention.

Right, it's not quite the same: "caring" usually implies more emotional involvement. More context about the situation in which you propose saying this would be helpful.
