Hello!

Any re-wording necessary in my sentences?

She has close and sincere relationships with her sister, Jane. They together experienced the baby expecting time. Martha was present at the most crucial moments (she drove her to and from the hospital), they both took care of the child and gathered experience during the first months of a child’s life.
