Thanks for that link. It was interesting to read that it IS permissable to stun animals under those religious laws. I had always believed that was banned.
But it says nothing about the health risks of consuming blood. Again, I state that this is a religious edict and not a 'health' one. There's nothing wrong with having that rule but it certainly isn't backed up by any scientific evidence
