Japanese Way of Communication
Japanese hesitate to express their ideas to others. This has something to do with their attitudes towards communicating. In Japan, being modest has long been valued, and a lot of Japanese care too much about what others think of them. When a Japanese person talks to another, things usually go well. However, this is not the case in the globalized world today. In many other countries, people are free to express themselves, and if you want to tell others what you think, you should say it. Therefore, the first thing Japanese people should do to communicate well with people from abroad is to realize that they do not care even if you express your ideas freely.
