Any pointers you can give me?

Can anyone give me pointer on how to improve the paragraph? Is there something you would change?

What I like most is conversation classes. I believe conversing to be the first step to becoming fluent. My method of learning focuses on the communicative aspect of the language as opposed to the written aspect. You could write well but if you have trouble getting your idea across when asked to speak, you won't succeed. Language is all about communication. Learning to speak a language is comes through listening and speaking. My interpersonal skills will help the student open up and feel comfortable speaking with me.
