any other format to make this sentance more powerfull

It is rather difficult to understand why i didn't get the payment yet, i wonder if you chase up your bank, otherwise i will consider to ask for a cheaque.

No offence but I wouldn't take your advice when you can't even capitalise your 'I's; a proper noun. Also, I think you need some full stops where you have commas instead, m'dear.

With a few tweaks, you could say : It is rather difficult to understand why I haven't received payment yet. I wonder if you could chase your bank? Otherwise I will consider asking for a cheque.

I would say, "I'm not sure why I haven't received payment yet: would you be so kind as to check with your bank or send me a check?" That's how I would phrase it if I were to politely ask.
