"any other fires to put out" in context

A man (X ) is on a date which is interrupted by a phone call from a girl he knows. His friend (Y ) will be sued and X is surprised. Y tells him how he's going to win the case. Then X talks to a girl that called and asks:
"any other fires to put out?".
What does it mean? "Any other thing that would surprise me?" or "Any other ideas how to win the case?".
