More number of women has started going for work nowadays should it
therefore be the govt`s responsibility to open creches at fre of cost to
take care of the children of the working mothers.

Women... I think women have same capabilty to do most of the work as that of the men. And many times it has been already proved that women are better than men. Example. Consider any Branch of ICICI Bank. You will look more women their than that of the men. But as women are working their what will going wo happen about little children and other family member?
Nobody can answer this question perfectly! because... in INDIAN Culture women is working as Home Minister and in new modern life this home minister working outside for late night as finance minister. Is this really good?
For this Government can't do anything! because this is question between family. It can be solved if and only if their is not only understanding between wife, husband and childrens but also proper co-ordination between them is required.
It can be achieved if their is proper talk between family members. It can't be achieved if family members are ignoring each other for their advice. I or we can't give any specific solution on that because I alredy wrote that it is just a question of family. It must be solved by themselves.
But in case if it is question of my family then I will consult with my wife (future wife) about this question. Because I have same resposibily as that of she to take care of children and any other family question, like washing of clothes, plates, neatness of home.

pradeep1, just out of curiosity, why did you need this essay. If it was for a homework assignment, you should realize that you learn very little from letting others do your work for you. Quite frankly, the forum moderators should be posting notices concerning this business of folks soliciting "Do-My-Homework-For-Me" posts and then you, pradeep1, should be put on a "Watch List" in case you post again for this kind of help.

But it does look like somebody was kind enough to provide you with an essay. You should have at least been kind enough to post a public announcement of thanks.

Your is a good post, and I agree with most of what you've said.
I'd like to say, first of all, that I'm not posting now as a moderator, but as just another user of the forums.

I've often wondered about what you posted. And I agree with you that doing someone elses work is not a great idea. I look at it from the point of view of a teacher. When I set assignments for my students, I make sure they are assignements they can actually handle themselves for the most part. Of course, some people may need more help than others; and there is nothing wrong with asking for help.
But wrtiting a whole essay, paragraph or paper for someone else is not my idea of being helpful. Actually, by doing someone else's homework we would end up hindering their learning. An essay I write will not teach anyone how to write one themselves. Of course people can read essays written by someone else and use them as a guide, but that's different. Or they can ask about a certain format or layout, and that's fine too.

I like it when I see people here who post their drafts and ask for someone to edit/correct or improve them.

I've thought a few times about posting something similar to what you posted, but in the end I got cold feet perhaps. I wouldn't want to make anyone feel they cannot ask for help here, when the aim of the forums is precisely to offer help.

Again, though, the boundary between helping and doing the entire work for others seems to be a very thin and perhaps blurred line, so it will be crossed often.

As a final note, I don't think that anyone asking pothers to write a whole essay for them should be "punished", as you suggest. A "watch list" doesn't sound right, and I really don't see what good it could do to anyone. No, I don't agree with that. Probably, suggesting that people try to write a first draft and post here will be enough.

In any case, I will call the "older" moderators' attention to your post.
