Any one can correct this

Please correct my sentence:

"I think abc team should be allowed inside accessing in data center! If not, so how can they manage all maintenance activates without accessing the data center and why we have not received any complain after installing the security access control device. Kindly keep consciousness all the activities in data center for in future and avoid unexpected happens. Also add their duties timings."
