Any more/no longer

Can one use:
1-I don't believe that jogging is the best exercise any longer.
instead of:
I no longer believe that jogging is the best exercise.

Can one use:
2-I don't think that red meat is good for my health any more.
instead of:
I no longer think that red meat is good for my health.
