Any more and negative questions

Is the following sentence gramatically correct:

"If you have any more questions feel free to contact us"

Or it should be written:

"If you have more questions.."

As "any" implies that the sentence is negative can it be used?

Thank you in advance!

Hi, Welcome to the Forum. Is the following sentence gramatically correct: "If you have any more questions feel free to contact us" It's correct and very natural, and said all the time. I'd put a comma after 'questions'.
