For me, the term "self-efficacy" stands out in this sentence rather like the proverbial sore thumb. I had to look it up; as far as I can gather, it means something like "self-belief" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-efficacy). Perhaps "self-belief" would be a better choice ...

I think it's tolerable. For me, "then my self-belief plays a big role" does not fit perfectly. I think the reason may be that "plays a big role" sounds long-term, whereas "then ... falls into place" sounds sho

Actually I am answering to this question "What do you do to balance between the two(gaming and working/studying), and how much time would you say you spend on gaming compared to working/studying.
So I think my answer is fine in this context.
