Any mistakes.

My dear friend,

"We had a lot in common, I loved her and you loved her !" but why do u hate me?

If this is supposed to be a "friendly letter," "My dear friend," would be viewed as the salutation. The comma followed by the paragraph and capital letter would be appropriate.
Otherwise, you'd just keep writing on the same like with no capital on "we."
