Please, is there any mistake in the following sentence?

"What kind of beverage really refreshs you and what kind of food whets your appetite?"

"mistake" is a countable noun, and the plural is "mistakes", so you say:
Is there a mistake?
Are there any mistakes?

On the other hand, "difference" can be used as a countable or uncountable noun, that's why you can say these:
Is there any difference? - used as uncountable
Are there any differences? - used as countable, like "mistake
