"Any" is needed?

A question about English grammar?
I'm studying English now.

Now, I have a question about English.

Are the following sentences correct and naural? What is the difference in the meaning between them?

1) Do you have money with you now?
2) Do you have any money with you now?

Thanks in advance.

Both are correct grammar. Only #2 is natural and commonly said, although usually with 'right now' instead of just 'now'. It's hard to contrive contexts in which you would use #1.
