We replaced two faulty pressure reducing valves on the 3rd and 4th floors yesterday and the water was reinstated after 15 minutes. I even spoke with one of the residents on the 4th floor and asked her to run the cold water tap and confirmed that the pressure was fine. We do not know what has caused this issue, but I have instructed the engineer to return this morning to investigate further. I will update you immediately afterwards.
