Any grammar term for this?

Is there a grammatical term for this type of sentence condensation:

What is the time and what is the date? --> What is the time and date?

I won't be free on Monday and I won't be free on Thursday --> I won't be free on Monday and Thursday

I would say that is ellipsis

It means missing out the words that you know that the hearers (or readers) can work out for themselves
