Any grammar mistakes?

Hi guys, are there any grammar mistakes in the following two emails?

thanks in advance.

"Hello Party People!

After much delay, we are finally having our house warming party. It is this Saturday and I would love to see all of your beautiful faces there. Check out the facebook event link

for more details."

"Hi Team,

It maybe a bit cold right now to practice our kickball skills but that wont stop us from flexing those fingers and play a game or two of flip cup. With that been said, my housemates and I are having a house warming party this weekend. So, free feel to swing by, shake off the rust and play some flip cup. This would also give me the chance to meet you guys.
