Any gramatical mistakes in this sentence?

Hi there!
Are there any gramatical mistakes in this sentence?

Considering that in October, 2014 Safer Internet programme was finalized, it is planned that from 2015 a new project will be implemented within the framework of European Union Connecting Europe Facility 2014-2020 programme, which provides 50% State co-financing and 50% European Comission co-financing, so that it would be possible to continue to implement activities in the Netherlands related to safer Internet.

Thank you!

I would suggest that related to safer Internet be placed right after "activities". Note: While I don't like short, choppy sentences, I try to avoid super long ones as well.
