Coul you please take look at this sentence? (especially underlined parts)

The following are expenses related to the child maintenance – payment for feeding at pre-school education institution in the amount of EUR 40 per month, depending on the attendance, food at home – EUR 40 to 50 per month, expenditures related to the dwelling in the amount of EUR 20 to 30 per month, expenditures related to clothes – depending on the season.
