Any gramatical mistakes?

Hi!

Are there any gramatical mistakes in my sentence?

In comparison with the previous academic year, the proportion of prisoners involved in educational programmes has increased, namely, on September 1, 2013 25% of all prisoners were involved in the educational programmes but on September 1, 2014 – 27% of all prisoners were involved.
