Any errors?

Hi!
I have some questions that I would like you told me if they are right.
I have to send an application to a company about some training I want to do and I am not quite sure of which expression to use:
-From October 31 henceforth any date is acceptable (or should I use "proper" or "suited" ins tead of "acceptable"?)
or
-As of October 31 , any date is acceptable.
Also, I would like to know if this expression is well written:
- I would like a stay of 12 months preferably.

Thanks in advance

Use this: Any date after October 31 would fit my schedule. I prefer the 12-month training program.
